25 Things...

I, along with Julie, didn't really want to do this on Facebook but I have a napping child and two hours before I have to leave the house again so here I go!

"Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it's because I want to know more about you."

one. I just go a package from my Mom, it has been in Portland for a week but I just got it now... Thanks Mom!
two. I hate calling people on the phone, although I really don't mind get a phone call. I usually make Daniel phone people.
three. I like to read but rarely take the time to do it. The Twilight series was the two week exception!
four. Candy isn't safe around me. I eat it even though I know I should eat less sugar and more of anything healthy!
five. I like to make slideshows. I have done them for my high school grad and for weddings. Sometimes I make ones of pictures I have just to blow off steam.
six. I don't really like drinking water. Daniel is constantly trying to get me to drink more.
seven. I was on a cleaning kick on Saturday and now my house is messy again!
eight. I am super excited to see Wicked in just over a month!
nine. I love my little man! Bens is super cute and cuddle these days!
ten. I hate doing laundry.
eleven. I washed our van for the first time since we bought it in the summer. Our neighbors now know our van is red not burgandy!
twelve. I am terrified to give birth again because I have been through it and know what to expect.
thirteen. I love the Dixie Chicks but rarely listen to them because Daniel can't stand country.
fourteen. I have been having crazy dreams lately. I blame it on the pregnancy!
fifteen. I have never been to a rock concert. I kinda doubt that I ever will though.
sixteen. I love Hanson. Daniel wonders why I don't love the Jonas Brothers because of that.
seventeen. I attended my high school for 2 of the 3 years I was supposed to but graduated with all the classes and credits I needed.
eighteen. I moved halfway through grade 11 (11th grade for all you Americans ;) ) and I don't really think many people in my class of 60 noticed.
nineteen. I don't think I could have asked for a better husband!
twenty. I always think people don't remember who I am so I almost always say my whole name while on the phone.
twenty-one. I really don't like exercising. I don't have an excuse why.
twenty-two. I enjoy scrapbooking and making cards but don't do it very often.
twenty-three. I don't have a middle name. People don't always understand when I say my full name is Chelsea Bateman.
twenty-four. I don't talk to my siblings very much but wants to talk with them more.
twenty-five. If I am in the passengers seat and I feel like we are going to fast I pretend to push the brake with my foot and hang on tight to the door. That is why I usually don't pay attention to the road when I am not driving.

Night, Night!

At night time I sing a song to Bens that my parents sang to me when I was little. It is Samoan phrases and then it says what they are in English. I do little actions for each phrase and this week Bens has started to do them with me. It is super cute! By the last phrase he is so excited that he is doing the actions he skips the last action and starts clapping for himself. That's my little man!

The other day I had one of my socks off and Benson put it on his foot. He wasn't totally happy until the other one was on his foot. You can't see it in this picture but they have pretty bows on them!

He is always happy to be posing for the camera...

Well almost always! He was crying so Daniel took his picture to distract him.

It's A Girl!!

Boy or Girl?

So we are off to the Ultrasound in a few minutes. We are excited to find out what we are having this time 'round. We waited for the delivery room last time but we are looking forward to being prepared this time. Wish us luck!!

Catching Up!

So I have been slacking recently. Since it is 4 am and I can't sleep here comes the update!
Benson has been pretty fun recently. He has been playing more by himself and a while I ago I went and checked on him and he was cleaning up his mega blocks in his room.

He just likes to look at himself in the pictures after I take them.

Well I think he may be more interested in the camera but I keep fooling myself!

Daniel is pretty good at helping me with Benson when he gets home from class. I love it! He is the best husband I could have asked for... Love you!

I think Bens has seen me do this a time or two! He loves to settle in on the couch with a blanket. Often if we get up he will have stolen our seat and blanket by the time we get back!

I put my housecoat on Bens a couple weeks ago. I think he liked it because the next day we were in his room and he undid my housecoat and started tugging at it. He was finally happy when I put it on him and rolled the sleeves up.

Some of Bens' new favorite things to do is taking off his clothes and asking for a bath (we have had to start spelling it out so he won't start chanting for it) and putting on his jackets. He has the right idea, he just doesn't understand that sometimes it is upside down!

So Daniel is doing well this term. He seems to have settled into his schedule. Mid terms will be coming up soon so I will be a study widow before too long.

I have been doing well. I haven't been too sick with this pregnancy which is great! I could however sleep at any given moment though, well except for right now. We have caught a cold that seems to be making its way around.

On Friday we have our ultrasound! Yay! We are looking forward to it because we are finding out what we are having this time. Daniel and I are pretty sure it is a girl. Daniel secretly hopes we won't have a girl until we are out of school but what can you do?

Like I mentioned before Benson has started to say Bath. Pretty well anytime he is in the bathroom he starts asking for a bath. When we tell him it is time to go to bed he knows the routine. He will lead me up the stairs to the bathroom and get ready for the bath. There have been a few times he has gotten so excited that he has actually climbed in with his clothes on!

Bens has also started asking for Juice this week. He is slowly starting to talk more which is nice. Most of it is babble but we have made out bath, door, juice and ball. He points at a lot of things that he wants as well. After our night time prayers he often looks at me and points to his pillow saying he wants me to lay beside him. I put my head on the pillow for a few minutes and then leave. He is such a cute little guy!

Christmas Time
